Privacy Policy

The short version
Everything you do in 7 Minute Math stays on your phone. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
What the app stores
To show your stats and pick questions for practice, the app keeps a record on your phone of:
- Each game: when you played, the mode, your score, and whether you finished it.
- Each question: the sum, your answer, how long you took, and whether you got it right.
- Each tap on the keypad: which key, when, how long your finger was down, where on the key it landed, and the approximate size of the touch.
- Context for each game: the app version, your phone model, and whether dark mode, larger text, reduced motion or sound were on.
- Times you left the app mid-game.
- Your best score, the level you reached in each round, and whether you've been asked about reminders and ratings.
The tap details describe how you physically use the keypad. They never leave your phone.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no server and makes no network requests with your data. We can't see your games, scores or taps.
Reminders
If you turn on reminders, the app schedules notifications on your phone, around the time you usually play. They're created by the app itself, not sent from a server. You can turn them off in iOS Settings at any time.
Ratings
The app may ask you to rate it using Apple's standard prompt. Apple handles that prompt and any rating you leave, under Apple's privacy policy.
Apple
Downloading the app from the App Store, and any crash reports you choose to share with developers, are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Your data, your control
In the app, go to Settings:
- Export my data saves everything the app has stored as CSV files you can open in Numbers or Excel.
- Delete all data permanently erases it from your phone. Deleting the app does the same.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be in the app and at this page, with a new date at the top.
